I don't know if you have noticed, but haven't there been many of the 'pro-ana'* topis recently? I mean, not very recently but they do show up every now and then. Just looking at all the pictures of the girls with even 'concave' stomachs makes me feel a bit ill. Not ill because of how they look, but because of what they are doing to themselves, just to achieve the 'perfect' body.
Operation Beautiful is a wonderful site that basically inspires people to put up post-its with uplifting messages such as: "I love you", "You are beautiful the way you are", "You're worth waiting for" etc.
They put these notes in e.g. public toilets so everyone can see them! I am definitely being inspired by this and my heart-shaped post-its will finally come to use!

*pro-ana means pro anorexia and these pro-ana websites think that being anorexic is beautiful and they do all sorts of things just to achieve a what they call 'perfect' appearance.
